Finnsys NEO is a financial product distribution platform that enables users to onboard and transact through SEBI-regulated platforms including:

  • NSE NMF II

  • BSE Star MF

  • MF Utilities (MFU)

  • KYC & verification partners such as Signzy

  • Other compliant financial service providers

ARM Fintech is authorized to use APIs of these platforms for onboarding, KYC, and transaction facilitation.

Important Clarifications

  • ARM Fintech distributes financial products such as Mutual Funds, Fixed Deposits, and related financial instruments.

  • ARM Fintech does not collect or hold investor funds in its own name.

  • Transactions are executed directly through authorized platforms.

  • ARM Fintech adheres to regulatory and ethical guidelines applicable to financial distributors.

We collect personal and financial information only as required for:

🔹 What Happens After Deletion Request

After verification:

✔ Your Finnsys NEO login account will be permanently deleted

✔ Personal data stored by ARM Fintech will be deleted or anonymized

✔ Access to app services will be terminated

Certain information may be retained where required by:

  • SEBI regulations

  • AMFI guidelines

  • Anti-Money Laundering (AML) laws

Account deletion requests are processed within 7–10 working days after verification.


🔹 Third-Party Platform Accounts

If you created investment accounts via:

  • NSE NMF II

  • BSE Star MF

  • MF Utilities

you may need to contact those platforms directly for closure of transaction accounts.
