How can I buy Finnsys 360 and get started with you ?

Yes. You can start with Finnsys 360 for Rs 15000/- per annum plus Taxes. This will give you all the features you need for your MF distribution business.  You can always add on other features to your Finnsys 360 basic plan, like- Paperless On Boarding and Transactions etc

What does Add On means ?

Add on means the additional features which could be added to Finnsys 360. Like- you can add Paperless Digital Onboarding & Transaction in your Website/App, you can add Auto Data Upload in your system , you can add Digital Marketing Feature etc

What does you mean by Paperless Digital Onboarding & Transaction ?

This is an add on wherein you could integrate the API of NSE NMF, BSE Star and MFU Utility in your system. We provide KYC Check , VKYC and paperless Onboarding under this plan. The whole flow provides a seamless feeling to your clients on the mobile app. So teh Step 1 is KYC Check, Step 2 is KYC creation, Step 3 is Transaction Account Creation and Step 4 is FATCA creation. Finally the authorisation link goes to the investor E mail for his/her approval. Once approved, the investor can pick any scheme from the given list and invest online 

 

Can I customize my website as per my choice ?

Yes, you can provide your own content and design suggestions to customize the website, but that will be a paid service depending upon your scope of work (starting with Rs 30000/- one time). We design the custom website on WIX or other platforms as suitable to you

Can I integrate external APIs like Advisor Khoj/ Morning Star etc in my website tools ?

Yes you can do so. We just need the API authenticated URL. If you buy the API through us then we do not charge anything for integration. If you buy the API from them directly then we charge Rs 2500/- towards the API integration

What are the post-sales support arrangement?

We provide multichannel rote to reach us, like- WhatsApp, Online Chat, Ticket based Query, IVR call System etc. We have a well-defined service escalation system and you can reach to the Business Head directly if required during the ticket escalation route. Check our Support contact details
